:: Strawberry Lemon Zest Yogurt Pops ::
One of my dear friends gave me these Zoku Mini Pop Molds at the end of the school year for being one of her room parents {Such a great gift idea!}. Since we are nearly settled into our new house, I thought it was about time to pull them out of the box and whip up a delicious summer treat for my littles!
I don’t know about your kids, but mine rarely finish an entire large popsicle. Inevitably, it ends up as one sticky mess {which may be half the fun}! They either grow tired of the flavor, or end up dropping the leftovers on the ground, it seems. These Zoku Mini Pops are honestly the perfect size! While they are much smaller than your average ice pop, I did find that the kids were still able to spend several fun-filled minutes enjoying them!

I attempted to make these as healthy as possible, while still making sure they were sweet and tasty! I had plenty of fresh strawberries on hand, along with a couple cartons of my favorite Chobani Greek Yogurt! I combined those two ingredients with a tad of natural sweetness, and a hint of zesty lemon! I love that with each lick, the kids were getting the nutritious benefit of both fresh fruit, as well as, healthful protein! The end result….. ah-mazing {if I do say so myself}! The pops were kid and mommy approved! I hope that you, and your sweet little ones, love the recipe!

:: Behind the Scenes ::
Mr. Amazing…. he was cracking me up with all of his silly antics! And yes… a broken arm. It happened a week after the move to our new house. A bad fall resulting in both bones broken {heart wrenching, but thankfully he is healing well}. One more week with his full cast….
My sweet Miss Blue! She has grown up so much this summer! She’s very excited to start Kindergarten! Wish I had been able to capture pictures of Ryan and Seth to share with you… but those two are getting too fast for me to catch! They totally dodge the camera!
