With the end of summer upon us, many of you might already be turning your thoughts towards Fall and gearing up for the new season. While adults will usually reminisce about the Autumn’s beautiful colors and crisp weather, kids will always associate the season with pumpkin carving and, of course, pillow cases full of candy! For a kid, Halloween is the only time of the year that they can roam the streets at night, dress up as their favorite characters, and knock on neighbors’ doors in hopes of some sweet treats in return.
Although we may be young at heart, Trick-or-Treating is an activity that is best left to the kids; however, that doesn’t mean we can’t indulge our own sweet tooth during this time of the year as well! As adults, we don’t have to be limited to what our pillow cases can hold. We can fill our candy jars with as many goodies as we like!
